Hi, I'm Holly! 

 

At the age of 17, I sadly lost my mother to cancer. During her illness, I became increasingly frustrated by the lack of information and advice about diet and nutrition offered by the medical profession. I made a commitment then to seek a wider understanding of how the right nutrition and mindset could help to improve overall health and wellbeing.

My journey began when I started studying Nutritional Health Coaching at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2013 while working as a model, and it continued several years later when I was diagnosed with stress-related eczema and dermatitis. Shunning steroids, I did a course in herbal medicine and began making my own natural products to repair my skin and prevent future flare-ups. I also implemented mindfulness strategies to manage stress, including yoga and meditation, and within weeks, my condition had started to improve.

I am now passionate about sharing what I have learned to make a positive impact on people’s lifestyle choices. I want to help you to achieve optimum health; to reach your goals and live a happier, more fulfilled life. I take a holistic approach, believing that ultimate health isn’t just the food we eat, it’s also our mindset, lifestyle choices and how we treat our bodies. I will work with you to create a plan tailored to your specific body type and lifestyle, so that you are confident about the way your own body functions and how you can nourish it – from the inside out – and achieve your goals.
