10 Minute Energising Yoga Sequence

This 10 minute Yoga sequence is designed for you to tune into yourself and to help you feel good! It is a great energising practice for you to stretch your body, move your spine and engage mindful breathing. It's a great practice to do first thing on a morning and is very easy to add into your morning routine.


Start by coming to your hands and knees in a 4-point kneeling position.


Separate your knees so they are slightly wider then your hips and bring your toes together.


Slowly bring your hips to your heels, bringing your forehead to your mat and extending your arms out in front of you. 


Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths here, inhale and exhale through the nose.


Feel the lengthening down your arms and the space you are creating in your back body.


Stay here for 4-5 deep breaths.
